Hours: 25 hrs per week ( Mon – Fri 8:30am -1:30pm)


Pay Grade/ Salary: Grade 3

Due to the retirement of the current post holder the Governing Body of Broad Oak Primary School seek to appoint a part-time Admin Assistant to join our busy admin team and support the work of the School Business Manager.  The successful candidate must:

•    Have experience of general clerical, administrative and financial work
•    Possess experience of and the ability to use ICT packages
•    Demonstrate good numeracy and literacy skills
•    Be willing to undergo minor first aid training
•    Work with accuracy and precision
•    Manage their own workload effectively
•    Relate well to children and adults
