After School Club
Opening Times: 3.20pm to 5.45pm Daily (Term times only) *After School Club will not be operational on Bank Holidays or staff INSET days.
Fees: £9.75 per session for the first child in a family and £7.75 per session for subsequent pupils attending, with a regular booking.
Each pupil attending After School Club must be signed out by the person collecting them.
- Your child will be provided with a snack and a drink.
- Your child will be collected from class at 3.20pm.
- All After School Club sessions must be pre-booked.
- Once an application form has been received you will be advised if there are places available on the day(s) you have requested.
- You will be charged for the day(s) you have booked a regular place for your child each week regardless of whether your child attends. No charges will be made for Bank Holidays or staff INSET days.
- 2 weeks’ notice (not including school holidays) should be given if you wish to change the regular day(s) which your child attends After School Club. If it is possible to accommodate the change in less than 2 weeks you will be informed as soon as possible. Places available each day will be limited based on staffing numbers and therefore requests for change to attendance days may be declined where the requested day is full.
- 4 weeks’ notice (not including school holidays) must be given if you wish to cancel your child’s regular place.
- You must complete an application for After School Club before you will be able to book your child in for an ad-hoc session at After School Club.
- All ad-hoc sessions must be booked in advance; there is no longer a drop-in facility at After School Club.
- Ad-hoc sessions will only be available where all places have not been filled by pupils who attend regular sessions.
- All ad-hoc sessions must be requested by the Wednesday of the preceding week by emailing email@example.com
- You will be informed, via email, before the end of the week if there is a place available on your requested day for the following week.
- Requests will be prioritised in order of when the email was received.
- Fees for ad-hoc sessions should be paid by the end of week in which your child attends.
